Setting up RDP to Linux

Setup the Linux Server

Install tightvncserver

sudo apt-get install tightvncserver

Start a vnc instance
sudo tightvncserver

Set the vnc connection password
sudo vncpasswd

Setup the client
Install the VNCViewer for Mac OSX

Connect to the server inputting
ipaddres:590X
Enter the password that was set in the Debian server

where X is the name of the session
